If you order an item and it doesn't work or it comes damaged you can refund the item in the first week of you having it by messaging me on tiktok "mxtitanium.works" or contacting my email. If you have the item for more than a week then its to late to refund it.

If you get an order for the wrong fitting item then you cant get a refund. For example, the item says only fits Surron's and you get it for a bike that isnt a Surron and it doesnt fit, you can not get refunded.
